Miniature Glazed Orange Muffins Recipe
Ingredients

| Buttermilk | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |

| Orange juice | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), melted | |
| Orange Glaze | ||
| Sugar | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Unbleached flour | 1 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Baking powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Baking soda | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Orange rind | 1 | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1)Preheat overn to 400 degrees.
MAKING
2)Take a bowl,add eggs and beat them lightly.
3)Add buttermilk, orange rind, orange juice, and melted butter.Blend well.
4)Take a new bowl,and sift dry ingredients together.
5)Now mix the dry ingredients into the bowl of the wet ingredients.
6)Now take muffin cups and line with butter or grease.you can use muffin cup liners too.
7)Fill with batter upto 2/3 only.
8)Now bake for 20 minutes or till s skewer comes clean.
9)To make the glaze, take a saucepan and mix all the ingredients together.
10)Take a pan and mix all the ingredients for the sauce. Once the sugar dissolves,its ready.
11)Reduce the heat,and let it simmer till its syrupy.
12)Take the muffins out from the oven,and run a dull edge knife around the edges to loosen.
13)While the surface is still warm,prick with a toothpick or fork and pour the glaze.
14)Let it cool.
