 4 to 6 hot dog buns 4 to 6
 Prepared mustard2 Tablespoon
 1/4 lb Black Forest ham, very thinly sliced 125 g
 1/4 lb smoked turkey roll, very thinly sliced 125 g
 1/4 lb mortadella, very thinly sliced 125 g
 Lettuce2 Cup (16 tbs), shredded
 1/2 cup very thinly sliced sweet red or green pepper 125 mL
 6 tbsp olive or vegetable oil 75 mL
 White wine vinegar2 Tablespoon
 Dried basil1/4 Teaspoon
 Ground pepper1 To taste
 1/4 lb Swiss cheese, thinly sliced 125 g
 Tomatoes2 , thinly sliced
 Salt To Taste

Directions

Split buns and lightly spread cut surface of half the buns with mustard.
Place 1 or 2 slices of each type of meat on top of mustard.
In bowl, combine lettuce and red pepper.
Whisk together oil and vinegar; stir in basil, and salt and pepper to taste.
Drizzle over lettuce and sliced pepper; toss lightly.
Place some of the lettuce salad on top of meat layer.
Top with cheese, tomatoes and remaining half of bun.
Press down lightly and cut sandwich in half.
Wrap securely in plastic wrap.
