Vegetarian Mini Pizza Recipe Video

Mini pizzas are quick and easier versions of the conventional pizzas and taste quite good ..this is how I make them..first off make the tomato sauce for which i cook in a small quantity of oil, a few tomatoes with ginger peices and green chillie to taste, add salt and some thickening flour like corn flour, and thoroughly homogenise it in a blender, remove any tomato skins that remain.. to this i add finely grated mozarilla cheese, finely grated onion, finely grated capsicum and mix ... i then prepare the base of the pizza using the dough ( shown in my video on making naan, ) using a poori press, put a spoon ful of the tomato sauce, gently press the sauce onto the base, top it with tomato peices .. and bake in an oven till the bottom of the pizza is crisp and the cheese in the tomato sauce melts and forms a uniform layer on top ... take it out, add salt and pepper if you so prefer and EAT ! Tip: The tomato sauce can be stored in a freezer for long time and can be used whenever you need using cmmercially available pizza bases ...you can make bigger pizzas by rolling out the dough in the conventional way and further top the pizza with any other toppings you like
