Ingredients

  package1 , refrigerated
 Baby shrimp1/2 pound, cooked
 Egg1
 Light cream1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Brandy1 Tablespoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper- a good pinch
 Gruyere or swiss cheese- 1 1/2 ozs

Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 375° F
2.Grease twenty four 1- 3/4" muffin pans
3. Slice cheese into 24 pieces

MAKING
4. Separate each roll in half and press into pans to form shells
5. Place one or two shrimp in each
6. Mix or combine egg, cream, brandy, salt and pepper
7. Place one piece of each sliced cheese in each shell
8. Cover with egg mixture
9. Bake at 375° F for 20 minutes

SERVING
10. Serve cool or wrap to freeze

TIPS
11. If frozen, bake again for 10-12 minutes at 375° F
