 Light mayonnaise1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Mango chutney2 Tablespoon
 Curry powder1 Teaspoon
 Cooked chicken1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finley diced
 Apple1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Radishes1/3 Cup (16 tbs), finley diced
 2 tbsp finely chopped green onions
 Salt To Taste
 10 mini pitas (3-inch [8 cm] size)
 Red leaf or Boston lettuce

Directions

1. In a bowl, blend mayonnaise, chutney and curry powder until smooth. Stir in chicken, apple, radishes and green onions; season with salt to taste.
2. Cut pitas in half to make pockets. Line each pocket with lettuce; spoon in chicken mixture. Arrange on serving plate.
