Mini Meatloaves Recipe
Ingredients
| Tomato soup | 1 Can (10oz), condensed | |
| Ground beef | 1 Kilogram | |
| 50 ml fine dry bread crumbs | ||
| 1 egg, slightly beaten | ||
| Onion | 50 Milliliter, finley chopped | |
| Salt | 5 Milliliter | |
| Pepper | 1 Milliliter | |
| Sage | 1 Milliliter, rubbed | |
| Thyme leaves | 1 Milliliter, crushed | |
| Water | 50 Milliliter | |
Directions
Mix thoroughly 125 mL (1/2 cup) soup, beef, bread crumbs, egg, onion, salt and .5 mL {1/8 teaspoon) each pepper, sage and thyme.
Shape firmly into 6 mini-meatloaves.
Arrange spoke-fashion in 3 L (3 quart) glass casserole.
Cover with lid or waxed paper; cook in microwave oven 10 minutes, giving dish 1/2 turn after 5 minutes; pour off fat.
Combine remaining soup, water and seasonings; pour over loaves.
Cook 5 minutes longer or until done, spooning sauce over loaves once.
