Mini Meat Loaf Muffins Recipe

| Dry bread crumbs | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dried basil | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Dijon Mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Lean ground beef | 1 Pound | |
| Green onions | 2 , chopped | |
| Carrot | 1 , shredded | |
| Chili Sauce | 3 Tablespoon |
Directions
In bowl, beat egg; mix in bread crumbs, basil, mustard, salt and pepper.
Mix in beef, onions and carrot; form into 6 balls.
Place meatballs in muffin tins; top with chili sauce.
Bake in 375°F (190°C) oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until no longer pink inside.
