Mini Loaves With Beer Cheese Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Water | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/3 cup Savory Rice Mix | ||
| Egg | 1 , beaten | |
| 1 11-ounce can condensed cheddar cheese soup | ||
| Ground beef | 1 pound | |
| 1/3 cup beer or apple juice | ||
| Zucchini | 3 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
Directions
In a small saucepan stir together water and rice mix.
Bring to boiling.
Reduce the heat, then simmer, covered, for 15 minutes; do not lift the cover.
Remove from the heat.
Let stand, covered, for 10 minutes.
Fluff rice with a fork.
Cool slightly.
In a bowl combine egg and 1/4 cup of the soup.
Stir in rice.
Add beef; mix well Shape into 6 loaves.
Place in an 8x8x2-inch baking pan.
Bake in a 350° oven for 30 to 35 minutes or till done.
Meanwhile, make the sauce.
In a saucepan combine the remaining soup and beer or apple juice.
Cook and stir till smooth and heated through.
Steam zucchini for 2 to 3 minutes or till tender Place zucchini on a serving platter; arrange the meat loaves atop.

Garnish with cherry tomatoes, if desired.
