Mini Cocktail Meatballs Recipe

| 1 envelope Onion, Onion-Mushroom, Beefy Mushroom or Beefy Onion Recipe Soup Mix | ||
| Ground beef | 1 pound | |
| Plain bread crumbs | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/4 cup dry red wine or water | ||
| 2 eggs, slightly beaten | ||
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°.
In medium bowl, combine all ingredients; shape into 1-inch meatballs.
In shallow baking pan, arrange meatballs and bake 18 minutes or Un til done.
