Ming's Oyster Beef Recipe
Ingredients
1 about 1-pound flank steak
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
1 tablespoon dry sherry
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
3 to 4 tablespoons Chinese oyster sauce
2 tablespoons peanut oil
Directions
Cut the flank steak across the grain into thin pieces.
Marinate in the soy sauce, sherry, sugar, and ginger.
Add the Chinese oyster sauce.
Stir-fry the meat very quickly in hot pan and the oil.
It will make its own gravy.
