Ming Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Boiled salad dressing | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Cream cheese | 8 Ounce, softened | |
| Lime gelatin | 3 Ounce | |
| Boiling water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Canned crushed pineapple | 13 Ounce (Plus Juice) | |
| Diced cooked chicken | 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) | |
| Celery sliced | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced | |
| Curry powder | 1 Teaspoon |

Directions
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, stir in pineapple.
Gradually add this mixture to cheese mixture.
Fold in chicken, celery and curry powder.
Chill until firm in a 1 1/2-qt mold or 4 to 6 individual molds.
