 1 1/4 lbs. stew beef, cut into 1/2 inch cubes, fat and gristle removed
 Hot water5 Cup (16 tbs)

 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), minced

 Pepper1/2 Teaspoon
 Tomatoes1 Can (10oz)
 Bay leaves2
 2 cups pasta, one-inch in length, uncooked
 1/2 cups zucchini, sliced inch thick
 Cabbage1 Cup (16 tbs), finely shredded
 Green beans package1 , frozen
 Celery1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Parsley2 Tablespoon, snipped
 Salt1 Teaspoon
  package1 , thawed
 Navy beans1 Can (10oz), drained

Directions

In 3-quart casserole, place beef, water, onion, garlic, basil, pepper, tomatoes and bay leaves.
Cover.
Microwave at HIGH (10) 20 to 25 minutes until meat is tender.
Add pasta, zucchini, cabbage, green beans, celery, parsley and salt.
Cover.
Microwave at HIGH (10) 14 to 17 minutes until vegetables and pasta are tender.
Add baby carrots and navy beans.
Cover.
Microwave at HIGH (10) 10 to 12 minutes; stir after 5 minutes.
Remove bay leaves.
Cover and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
