Ingredients

 Vegetable cooking spray
 Onion1 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped
 Celery1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Beef broth6 Cup (16 tbs)
 Zucchini2 Medium, cubed
 Tomatoes - 1 (16-ounce) can, undrained
 Cannellini beans1 Can (10oz), undrained
 Elbow macaroni1 Cup (16 tbs), uncooked
 Cabbage1 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped
 Parsley1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), minced
 Pepper1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING
1) Coat a Dutch oven with cooking spray and heat.
2) When hot, add in the onion and celery and saute till tender.
3) Add in the remaining ingredients and allow to boil.
4) Lower the heat and without placing a lid, simmer for 30 minutes.

SERVING
5) Pour out into soup bowls and garnish with chopped celery.
