 Oil1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Butter60 Gram
 2 onions, peeled and chopped
 Carrots3 , finely chopped
 1 potato, peeled and chopped
 Celery stick3 , chopped
 Zucchinis2 , chopped
 Cabbage1/4 , shredded
 Beef Stock3 Cup (16 tbs)
 2 x 400g cans peeled tomatoes
 Salt and pepper parmesan cheese

Directions

1. Combine oil, butter and onion. Cook for 2-3 minutes on high.
2. Add carrots and potato. Cover and cook for 5 minutes on high.
3. Add celery, zucchini and cabbage. Cover and cook for 3 minutes on high. Add stock, undrained tomatoes, salt and pepper. Cook, covered, for 15-20 minutes on high, stirring occasionally.
