Ingredients

 Oil2 Tablespoon
 Onion1 , chopped
 Celery stalk, chopped 2
 White of leek1 , chopped
 Carrots2 , diced
 Beef6 Ounce, diced
 Beef stock or consomme 1 quart
 Tomato Paste1 Tablespoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1 Pinch
 Orzo pasta, cooked and drained 1 cup
 Parsley2 Tablespoon, chopped

Directions

Heat oil in a large pot and add onion, celery, leek, carrots and meat.
Cook and stir for 5 minutes or until meat is browned.
Add stock, tomato paste, salt and pepper, and cook for 10 minutes.
Add pasta and parsley and cook for 5 minutes more.
Check seasonings and serve immediately.
