Minestra Di Manzo E Orzo Recipe

Ingredients
| Oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1 , chopped | |
| Celery stalk, chopped 2 | ||
| White of leek | 1 , chopped | |
| Carrots | 2 , diced | |
| Beef | 6 Ounce, diced | |
| Beef stock or consomme 1 quart | ||
| Tomato Paste | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Pinch | |
| Orzo pasta, cooked and drained 1 cup | ||
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
Directions
Heat oil in a large pot and add onion, celery, leek, carrots and meat.
Cook and stir for 5 minutes or until meat is browned.
Add stock, tomato paste, salt and pepper, and cook for 10 minutes.
Add pasta and parsley and cook for 5 minutes more.
Check seasonings and serve immediately.
