Mincemeat-Applesauce Cake Recipe
This is a very interesting and good recipe of Mincemeat-applesauce Cake. I prefer to make Mincemeat-applesauce Cake as a Side Dish for all my family get-togethers. You don't need to be an expert to make out how mouth-watering and flavorful this dish really is.

Ingredients
1 pkg. applesauce cake mix
1 1-lb. 12-oz.jar mincemeat
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
5 eggs
Light corn syrup
1 c. butter
1 pkg. vanilla butter
cream frosting mix
1 tbsp. rum flavoring
Directions
Combine cake mix, mincemeat, nuts, 3 eggs and 1/4 cup water; blend as cake package directs.
Place in greased and floured tube pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 65 to 70 minutes, or until cake tests done.
Cool for 15 minutes; remove from pan.
Glaze with corn syrup.
Blend butter with frosting mix; add remaining eggs and rum flavoring.
Beat until fluffy.
Refrigerate; form into balls.
Refrigerate until serving time.
Serve sauce balls on cake.
