4 ladyfingers
1 small banana, sliced
1/2 pint vanilla ice cream, softened
1/2 cup ready-to-use mincemeat
Directions
1.Split each ladyfinger horizontally in half; then cut each crosswise in half; arrange in 2 dessert bowls. Top with banana slices, then with ice cream and mincemeat.
