Minced Virginia Ham Sandwiches Recipe

| Dinner rolls | 8 (Sally Lunn Rolls) | |
| Onion | 2 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Butter | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Tavern relish | 4 Teaspoon | |
| Lettuce | 1 | |
| Hard cooked egg | 4 , halved | |
| Mayonnaise | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Black olives | 6 | |
| Dijon mustard | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Tomato wedges | 6 |
Directions
Combine the virginia ham, onion, tavern relish, mayonnaise, mustard, and pepper.
Mix well.
Chill thoroughly.
Butter the sally lunn rolls.
Place a leaf of lettuce on each.
Divide the ham mixture among the rolls.
Garnish with the hard cooked egg halves, black olives, and tomato wedges.
