I gave up beef and pork this year, and was looking for some ways of cooking with chicken mince as i havent cooked with it before, but this dish sounds really good. As i am going to have this with rice, im going to add a little stock/ water to it and some boiled potatoes. How many would you say this dish serves?

...im a veggie too.. could you use vegetables and cottage cheese in this curry ? too much stirring may mash the cottage cheese but not otherwise i hope... Ur suggestions?

Snigdha says :

Yes. You can first start making the curry with chopped vegetables and towards the end, add crumbled cottage cheese and try not stirring too much.

Juicy minced chicken with gravy sounds simply irresistible. As a veggie I'll try the recipe with tofu or paneer!

Snigdha says :

Well..It is a Dry Curry with no gravy and since Tofu and Panner are softer, they might get mashed while making this dry curry.
