Minced Vegetable Dressing Recipe
Ingredients
1 medium sized onion
1 can (4 oz.) pimientos
1 large green pepper
1 cup salad oil
3/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon salt
3/4 cup vinegar
Directions
Run the onion, pimientos, and seeded green pepper through the medium blade of the food chopper.
Put ground vegetables in a quart jar.
Add oil, sugar, salt and vinegar.
Shake well.
Store in the refrigerator.
Shake again each time you use it.
