Minced Meat Recipe

Minced Meat is too simple a name for this meat and vegetables dish rich in seasonings and spices. I love this very tasty mutton preparation with my rice for lunch . Try this minced meat out and let me know what you like it with.

Ingredients

 
250 gms. minced mutton
 
1/4 teaspoon caraway seed and cardamom powder
 
4 tablespoons ghee
 
3 onions, chopped
 
1/4 teaspoon chilli powder
 
1 teaspoon coriander seed powder
 
1 green chilli, chopped
 
Coriander leaves, chopped
 
1/2 teaspoon cumin seed powder
 
1/4 ginger, chopped
 
1/2 cup water
 
Salt

Directions

Heat the ghee and fry two onions.
Add mince and powdered spices and reduce the fire.
Stir vigorously till the meat dries completely.
Add the remaining onion, green chilli, ginger, coriander leaves and water.
Cook on a low fire till tender.
A little more water may be added, if necessary, but it is desirable to keep the mince quite dry.
Chopped boiled eggs, peas, macaroni, lotus stem or other vegetables can be added.
This can be used either as stuffing
