Minced Beef Curry Recipe
Ingredients
| Oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Onions | 1 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (10 gm) | |
| Salt | 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Chili peppers | 1⁄4 Teaspoon, dried, ground | |
| Saffron | 1⁄8 Teaspoon | |
| Ginger | 1 Teaspoon, powdered | |
| Beef | 1 1⁄2 Pound, ground | |
| Soy sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Water | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), boiling |

Directions
1) In a skillet, saute the onions and garlic in the oil for 5 minutes.
2) Stir in the salt, chili peppers, saffron, ginger and beef, cook over a medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring continuously.
3) Blend in the soy sauce and water, cook over a low heat until the water is absorbed.
SERVING
4) Serve immediately on individual serving plates.
