 Butter/Margarine4 Tablespoon
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), minced
 Flour3 Tablespoon
 3 pounds beef chunk, cut in 1-inch cubes
 Mushrooms1/2 pound, sliced
 Onions1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 Bouillon cubes2
 Hot water2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 3 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
 Salt1 Tablespoon
 Pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 Thyme1/8 Teaspoon
 Oregano1/8 Teaspoon
 Noodles1 pound, cooked

Directions

MAKING
1)Heat a large skillet, melt the butter.
2)Put in the garlic and sauté.
3)In a bowl, sprinkle the flour over the meat cubes.
4)Add in the floured meat cubes into the skillet. Sauté and cook over low heat till browned.
5)Put in the onion and mushrooms and sauté till the onion is soft.
6)In a small bowl, dissolve bouillon cubes in water.
7)Pour it inside the skillet. Add in tomatoes and seasonings.
8)Close the skillet with a lid and simmer for 1 hour or till the meat is tender.
9)Put in the noodles in the final minutes and remove from heat.

SERVING
10)Serve hot in soup bowls.
