 Pastry for a 2 crust pie
 3 1/2 cups moist mincemeat

Directions

Prepare a 9-inch pie shell; roll out remaining pastry for top crust.
Set aside.
Blend mincemeat and remaining ingredients in a saucepan; heat thoroughly.
Cool slightly.
