Mince Pie Recipe
Ingredients
| Mincemeat | 3 Cup (48 tbs) | |
| Crushed pineapple | 1 Cup (16 tbs), drained | |
| Pastry for double-crust pie |
Directions
Combine mincemeat and pineapple.
Line 9-inch pie plate with pastry; 'fill; adjust top pastry cover, and seal edges.
Bake in 425°F. oven about 30â€â€35 minutes or until pastry is golden brown.
Note: To reheat, place in 300°F. oven about 20 minutes.
