Mince Meat Fruitellas Recipe
Mince Meat Fruitellas has a different taste. The eggs and butter combine gives the Mince Meat Fruitellas a two dimensional taste.
Ingredients
4 eggs
Spiced mince
Salt
1 tbsp butter
Directions
Separate the whites of the eggs from the yolks.
Beat egg whites stiffly with a pinch of salt.
Carefully fold in the yolks into the egg whites.
Apply butter generously to a shallow dish and make 8 portions of the beaten eggs.
Put 4 portions side by side on the buttered dish.
Put a spoon of mince in each portion and cover with the rest of the beaten egg on top of the 4 portions.
Microwave for 8 minutes turning them over after 4 minutes.
These fruitelas will first puff up and then sink a little.
