Ingredients

 Meat3/4 Kilogram, finley minced
 Onions3 , minced
 3 potatoes, peeled and cut into small cubes
 1 tbs. each, chopped coriander and parsley leaves
 1/2 tsp. each dhania-jeera
 1" pc. ginger
 Garlic10 Gram (Grind:)
 Vinegar1 Teaspoon (Filling:)
 1 tbs. gelatine powder and garam masala powders
 1/4 tsp. each haldi and pepper powders
 Ghee3 Tablespoon (Filling:)
 Eggs2 Large (Filling:)
 Small wooden rod
 Greased brown paper, string
 Green chillies4 (Filling:)
 Salt To Taste (Filling:)

Directions

Heat ghee.
Fry onions and add mince, potato cubes, all the dry, chopped and ground ingredients and fry well.
Mix in beaten eggs and remove from fire immediately.
Place mince on greased brown paper and quickly but carefully place mixture around the wooden rod.
Wrap paper around, close ends and tie up with string.
Place roll in a colander and steam over boiling water for 30 mins.
Remove roll.
Untie string and brown paper and cool completely.
Meanwhile, dissolve gelatin in one cup hot water.
Add salt and set on ice.
Slide out wooden rod carefully.
As soon as jelly mounds, fill the roll with it and chill.
Cut into slices and serve in flat dish, surrounded by onion and potato slices and green peas.
