Ingredients
| Mutton | 500 Gram, minced | |
| 500 grams orrions minced | ||
| Ginger | 2 Inch, minced | |
| Garlic | 10 Gram, minced | |
| Green chillies | 5 , minced | |
| Handful of sliced corriander leaves | ||
| Garam masala | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1 tblsp. ground corriander seeds | ||
| 1 tsp. ground Cumin seeds | ||
| Turmeric powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1 big tomatoe, sliced | ||
| A few mint leaves | ||
| Salt and chilli powder to taste | ||

Directions
Heat 4 tblsps oil and fry onion, ginger, garlic and chillies till soft.
Add the mince and all the spices and cook till dry and crumbly.
Add the tomatoes and mint and corriander leaves.
When the mixture turns dry, add the hot water to cover the mince.
Cook till completely dry.
You can add peas to it when cooking and you can decorate it with boiled sliced eggs and fingerchips.
This can also be used as a filling.
