| Coconut milk | 2 Ounce | |
| Pineapple infused vodka | 2 Ounce | |
| Pineapple chunks | 4 Medium, drunken (1 for garnish) | |
| Pineapple juice | 2 Ounce | |
| Lime juice | 1⁄2 Ounce | |
| Simple syrup | 1⁄4 Ounce | |
| Ice | 10 Medium | |
| Cherry | 1 Medium (For garnish) |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a shaker, add pineapple infused vodka and 3 pieces of pineapple chunks and muddle lightly.
2. Add coconut milk, pineapple juice, lime juice and ice and shake well.
3. Strain into a glass.
4. Top with some more ice.
5. Taste and check if you want to add simple syrup. If yes, pour in simple syrup, shake again and pour back into the glass.
SERVING
6. Garnish with pineapple chunks and cherry and serve chilled.
