Cheesy Millet Souffle Recipe
Ingredients
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 teaspoon dill seeds, crushed | ||
| Eggs | 4 , separated | |
| 2 cups millet, cooked in milk | ||
| Nutritional yeast | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
Directions
Combine milk and egg yolks.
Blend in rest of ingredients except egg whites.
Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in.
Turn into oiled custard cups.
Bake at 350° F., about 20 minutes.
