 Corn1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Millet1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sweet red pepper1/2 To taste, chopped
 Banana1 Large, cubed
 Lemon juice2 Teaspoon
 Walnuts2 Tablespoon, chopped
 Sunflower seeds2 Tablespoon, toasted
 1/4 cup Lemon Vinaigrette Dressing
 Spinach leaves4

Directions

MAKING
1) In the water, briefly simmer the corn covered until tender.
2) Mix with pepper and millet.
3) Toss the banana in lemon juice.
4) Combine corn mixture and banana.
5) Add sunflower seeds and nuts.
6) Add enough dressing to moisten the ingredients and toss the salad in it.

SERVING
7) Serve the salad on a bed of spinach leaf arrangement.
