Recipe Story

I am making a low fat kiwi milk shake not only of kids but for all those who are diabetics.

Ingredients

 
1 cup vanilla low fat yogurt
 
4 medium size kiwi, peeled, chopped
 
1/2 cup unsweetened orange juice
 
1/2 cup Equal
 
2 cups unsweetened frozen strawberries

Directions

Place all ingredients except strawberries in blender container; cover. Puree until smooth. Add strawberries and puree until smooth. Serve chill.

EQUAL IS A LOW SWEET SUGER POWDER....INSTEAD USE SUGER....MY SUGGESTION!!

Ewqual or Splenda are artifical sweetners. I prefer using a little sugar nstead. At least Splenda is a derivative of sugar and not as bad in chemicals as some.
