Milk Sponge Cake Recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs
2 tsp granulated sugar or granulated fructose
1 cup cake flour, sifted
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp margarine
1/2 cup hot skim milk

How to make Milk Sponge Cake

Beat eggs and sugar replacement; beat in cake flour, baking powder and vanilla.
Melt margarine in hot milk and pour into cake batter, beatingjust to blend.
Pour into 9 in. (23 cm) baking dish.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 to 35 minutes, or until done.
