Milk Sauce Recipe

Directions
Combine all dry ingredients in 1 quart saucepan.
Gradually add milk, stirring until smooth; add butter.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Boil 1 minute.
Remove from heat.
Add vanilla extract.
