Milk Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies Recipe Video

DH went crazy for these delectable Milk Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies I had waiting for him at lunch. The oatmeal (I used 1/2 a cup of old-fashioned oats plus 1/2 cup of quick oats) balances the sweetness of the milk chocolate chips. I like to flatten the cookies slightly before baking so they get that nice, crunchy, buttery edge but are still soft and moist in the middle.
