Milk Chocolate Frosting Recipe
Ingredients
| Carob powder | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cornstarch | 2 Teaspoon | |
| 1 tsp granulated fructose | ||
| Salt | 1 Dash | |
| 1/2 cup hot lowfat milk | ||
| Vanilla extract | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Combine carob powder, cornstarch, fructose, and salt in a small saucepan.
Add hot milk.
Place over medium heat, and stir and cook until thick.
Remove from heat.
Stir in vanilla.
Frost cake while frosting is still warm.
