Milk Chocolate Fondue Recipe

1 package (12 ounces) milk chocolate chips
 
1 can (5 fluid ounces) PET® Light Skimmed
 
Evaporated Milk
 
2 tablespoons Grand Marnier or kirsch (optional)
 
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
 
Angel food cake cubes, fresh fruit or pretzels, for dipping

Directions

In fondue pot or medium saucepan, combine chocolate chips and evaporated milk.
Cook over low heat until chocolate is melted, stirring occasionally.
Stir in liqueur and vanilla.
