Mi'Leeyeh Recipe
Ingredients
1 egg white
2 lb (1 kg) Basic Kafta Mixture
Flour
Olive or nut oil
Directions
Mix the unbeaten egg white into the kafta mixture.
Mould the mixture into little patties.
Dip the patties in flour and pan-fry in hot oil.
Serve with potato chips and salad or sauteed vegeta- bles.
Hoummus b'Tahini can be used as a sauce.
