Mile High Pie Recipe
Ingredients
| Egg whites | 2 | |
| Sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1 10-oz. pkg. frozen strawberries | ||
| Whipped cream | 1/2 Pint | |
| 1 9" graham cracker crust | ||
Directions
In large bowl, beat egg whites for 15 minutes.
Gradually add sugar and salt; beat another 15 minutes.
Fold in frozen berries and whipped cream.
Pour ontocrust.
Refrigerate overnight.
Swirls of whipped cream can be added if desired.
