Mild Chili Recipe
Chili is an all time favorite classic recipe. Whether you are making it for the first time or are an expert a great recipe like this is mild chi li going to ensure that you enjoy every bit of it
Ingredients
| Suet | 1 Small | |
| Ground beef chuck | 1 Pound, ground twice | |
| Onion | 1 Large, chopped | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| New orleans style kidney beans | 1 Can (10 oz) | |
| Chili powder | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste |
Directions
Render suet in large heavy skillet.
Place beef, onion and garlic in fat; cook until browned.
Add 1 cup water to beef mixture; cook until of desired done- ness.
Add salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and beans.
Simmer for about 10 minutes.
Add chili pow- der; cook 5 minutes longer.
