1 sm. piece of suet
1 lb. ground beef chuck, ground twice
1 Ige. onion, chopped fine
1 clove of garlic,crushed
Salt and pepper totaste
1 tbsp. Worcestershiresauce
1 can New Orleans-style kidney beans
1 tbsp. chili powder
Directions
Render suet in large heavy skillet.
Place beef, onion and garlic in fat; cook until browned.
Add 1 cup water to beef mixture; cook until of desired done- ness.
Add salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and beans.
Simmer for about 10 minutes.
Add chili pow- der; cook 5 minutes longer.
