Ingredients

 Turkey Burger
 Turkey2 Pound
 Onion1 Medium, minced
 Garlic2 Clove (5gm)
 Oregano1/2 Teaspoon
 Parsley2 Tablespoon, dried
 Tahini Dressing
 Tahini - 1/2 cup sesame
 Lemon juice1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 About 1/2 cup water to thin
 Garlic2 Clove (5gm)
 Cumin2 Teaspoon
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Black pepper1 Teaspoon
 Rice, wheat or oat bran - 2 tablespoons

Directions

MAKING
1. In a mixing bowl knead the burgers together to their shape.
2. Broil for 5 minute on each side.
3. Blend garlic, lemon, water and tahini together. Blend till the consistency is similar to heavy cream. If too thick, add some water.
4. Taste the dressing and adjust seasonings.
5. Mix olive oil with chopped tomatoes.

SERVING
6. Serve turkey burgers on buns. Spoon dressing on its top.
