 Water2 Cup (32 tbs)
 Uncooked macaroni1 Cup (16 tbs) (Ring Or Shell)
 Butter2 Tablespoon
 Finely chopped green onions1 Cup (16 tbs) (Including Green Tops)
 Milk3 Cup (48 tbs)
 Instant beef bouillon1 Tablespoon
 Pepper1⁄4 Teaspoon
 Ground nutmeg1⁄8 Teaspoon
 Shredded american cheese1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)


Place the water in a microwavable 1-quart bowl or measuring cup.
Microwave on High (100% power) until boiling.
Add the macaroni and microwave on High until boiling again.
Stir once and let stand while you prepare, the remaining ingredients.
Place the butter in a microwavable 4-quart bowl and microwave on High just until melted.
Add the green onions and microwave on High for 3 minutes, stirring once.
Slowly stir in the milk, then the bouillon, pepper, nutmeg and cheese.
Microwave on High for about 5 minutes or until almost boiling.
Drain the macaroni and add it to the soup.
Microwave on Low (30% power) for about 3 minutes.
