Microwave Marinated Brisket Recipe

|Soy sauce||75 Milliliter (1/3 Cup)|
|Honey||3 Tablespoon (50 milliliter)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|

Combine paprika, mustard and pepper; rub over meat.
Spread onions in 12 cup (3 L) shallow microwaveable casserole; top with brisket.
Combine orange juice, soy sauce, honey and garlic; pour over meat and turn to coat.
Cover and refrigerate to marinate overnight.
Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Microwave, covered, at High for 5 minutes; turn meat over.
Microwave, covered, at Medium (50%) for 90 minutes, basting occasionally, turning meat over halfway through and rotating dish twice.
Let stand, covered, for 20 minutes.
Slice meat across the grain; return to casserole.
Microwave, covered, at Medium (50%) for 30 to 40 minutes or until fork-tender.
