Microwave Chocolate Cake Recipe
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons baking cocoa
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup cold water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Chocolate Sauce
Directions
Combine the flour, sugar, baking cocoa, salt and baking soda in a bowl; mix well.
Add the water, vegetable oil, vinegar and vanilla; mix well.
Spread in an ungreased 8 inch square microwave-safe dish.
Microwave on High for 6 to 8 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted near the center comes out clean, turning the dish every 2 minutes.
Pour the hot chocolate sauce evenly over the warm cake.
Add the water, vegetable oil, vinegar and vanilla; mix well.
