Quick Caramel Pudding Cake Recipe Video

I am crazy for desserts and this caramel pudding cake is one of my favorites. I can have it anytime of the day even if I am not hungry.

Ingredients

 
118 ml brown sugar
 
15 ml butter
 
5 ml melted butter
 
15 ml lemon juice
 
236 ml water
 
15 ml corn starch
 
60 ml white sugar
 
118 ml all-purpose flour
 
3 ml cinnamon
 
5 ml baking powder
 
60 ml milk
 
some raisins

Directions

In a microwave dish, add brown sugar, butter, lemon juice, water, and corn starch.
Mix them well.
Put the dish in the microwave.
Set at high temperature for 4 minutes.
Remove sauce from the microwave.
In a bowl, combine sugar, flour, cinnamon, baking powder, melt butter, milk, and raisins.
Mix batter until smooth.
Add batter to sauce, do not stir.
Cover the dish and put in the microwave.
Set at medium temperature for 10 minutes.
Enjoy caramel!
