 Bacon - 3 slices, cooked and crumbled
 Eggs4
 Light cream1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Butter2 Tablespoon
 Mushrooms - 1 can (4-ounces) sliced, drained
 Chopped parsley
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

MAKING
1. In a large microwave proof bowl, place the eggs and cream and beat well.
2. Add the butter, mushrooms, salt and pepper, and crumbled bacon to the bowl and mix well. Cook this mixture on MEDIUM (5) for 6 to 8 minutes or till the eggs start to set while stirring twice.
3. Set the eggs aside to complete cooking.

SERVING
4. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
