Microwave Scalloped Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients
1 can mushroom soup
3/4 cup evaporated milk
3/4 tsp. Salt
5 medium potatoes, thin sliced
Paprika
Grated Cheddar cheese
Directions
Combine soup, milk and salt in 2 quart glass casserole.
Layer 1/3 potatoes and 1/3 soup.
Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika.
Repeat 2 times.
Microwave on HIGH covered 15-20 minutes.
Sprinkle top with grated Cheddar cheese.
Let stand covered 5 minutes.
