Directions
1. In a glass microwave dish, mix milk, water, butter and salt and cook covered on HIGH (9) for 5 to 6 minutes or until mixture boils.
2. Add potato flakes, sour cream, onion powder, egg and cheese and mix well. Cook covered HIGH (9) for 1 minute till the cheese melts
