Directions
1. Melt chocolate in a small glass bowl in microwave oven (about 3 minutes at High). Set aside to cool.
2. Soften cream cheese in a 1 1/2-quart glass bowl in microwave oven (30 to 60 seconds at Medium). Beat cheese until fluffy. Add confectioners' sugar gradually, beating until fluffy. Blend in the cooled chocolate and vanilla extract. Stir in chopped nuts.
3. Turn fudge into a buttered 8-inch square dish or pan. Chill in refrigerator until firm. Cut into squares.
