Directions
1. In a large bowl, tip in the eggs, cream, seasonings, and baking powder and beat well till the eggs are combined.
2. In a glass pie plate, place the butter and cook on ROAST (7) for 1 minute or until melted. Pour the egg mixture into the hot butter. Cook this on MEDIUM (5) for 6 to 8 minutes till the egg center starts to set
SERVING
3. Sprinkle with grated cheese and fold in half to serve.
